Serving Suggestions
Serve alongside roasted chicken, pork tenderloin, glazed ham, turkey, or a simple green salad. They also make a warm addition to grain bowls and holiday dinners.
Beekeeper’s Tip
Give the sweet potatoes plenty of room on the pan. Crowding traps steam and prevents the honey-coated edges from developing their deep caramelized finish.
Its smooth, familiar sweetness blends naturally with cinnamon and butter while allowing the earthy flavor of the sweet potatoes to remain the star.
