Beekeeper’s Tip
Roasting brings out the carrots’ natural sweetness while allowing the honey to caramelize into a rich, glossy glaze. Using a mild, high-quality honey enhances the flavor without overpowering the vegetables.
Wisconsin Clover Honey has a smooth, delicate sweetness that perfectly complements the natural flavor of carrots. Its light floral notes create a beautifully balanced glaze that caramelizes evenly, making it the ideal choice for this classic side dish.
